Banco de la Nación: what should I do if I lost the voucher or proof of payment?

If you have lost your voucher or proof of payment of any rate or service that you paid in the National bank (BN), what corresponds is to process a duplicate called “payment certificate”. To do this, in this note we explain everything you must do to obtain it.

The first thing you should do is approach one of the agencies of the National bank in Peru. This is the list of stores in Metropolitan Lima: https://www.bn.com.pe/canales-atencion/agencia-lima-metropolitana.asp. Once you are in the agency of the National bank, you must submit a simple request in which you must explain the reason why you require the certificate, the date, amount and place where you made the payment, specifying the Entity and/or the Code. Likewise, the verbal request is valid.

As a last step, you will have to make the payment for said procedure, which has a cost of S/ 10, in addition to coordinating with the agency of the National bank the delivery of your payment certificate.

How to avoid queues at the Banco de la Nación?

If you want to avoid queuing when doing something or making a payment at the National bankthe banking entity has made the service traffic light available to citizens.

The Traffic Light is an updated report on how the influx of public is in the main agencies of the National bank at the national level. This tool will make it possible to identify which agencies are the busiest, with updates from Monday to Friday at three times: 8:30 am, 11:30 am and 1:30 pm.

How to access the traffic light?

Step 1: Enter the website www.bn.com.pe

Step 2: Look for the Agencies icon and click.

Step 3: On the right side, select if you want to consult about Agencies of Metropolitan Lima or of provinces and click.

Step 4: Search for the agency according to the department, province or district you wish to consult.
