The goals
The first was scored by De Bruyne, at 17 in the first half. The number 17 took advantage of Walker’s good cross and, with little fish, sent it into the back of the net.
Just nine minutes later, Foden added the second. The athlete took the free kick he took and had a deflection, deceiving the goalkeeper.
At 34, the striker scored City’s third and his second of the game. Bernardo Silva stole the ball inside the attacking area and released it to Foden, who hit it low into the goalkeeper’s right corner.
Finally, in the 17th minute of the second half, Julián Álvarez received it from Walker after a beautiful move by the full-back and, now without a goalkeeper, pushed it into the back of the goal.
