However, he had a completely different idea of ​​life and 4 years later he disappeared from the screens. In the latest interview, the 45-year-old talked about his memories of working on the set and revealed what he is currently doing.

The film’s cast included a galaxy of stars, accompanied by young, aspiring actors. One of them was Tomasz Bajer, who created the character of Laska, the son of the King of Toilets.

When he joined the cast of the production, he was only 21 years old. Although he had no experience in front of the camera, as it was his debut, he quickly gained the sympathy of viewers who began to predict a career for him. However, he had a different plan for life. Later he appeared in “Coyote’s Morning”, as well as in the TV series and “Aliens”, and in 2004 he disappeared from the screens.

In an interview for the channel, he admitted that he never dreamed of fame because it even embarrassed him. In his opinion, this was one of the reasons why he ultimately did not engage with the film industry professionally. – I missed that pressure for glass back then. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do in life, I lacked such decision-making. And maybe if I had told myself then that this is what I wanted to do, my life would have turned out a little differently, he said, adding that looking at the comedies he is currently making, he doesn’t regret it at all. – Maybe it’s even good that it happened. Do you know when you last watched a good Polish comedy? – he asked the host somewhat ironically.

He admitted that many people identified him with the film character, which began to bother him. – In general, I had a big problem with it at the beginning, because everyone, you know, wanted to smoke with me – he recalled. – Wherever I went out, everyone wanted to smoke – he added. However, he did not hide the fact that he rarely refused such offers and sometimes he was unavailable on set. One such situation stuck in his memory in particular, because it made him constantly get his lines wrong. – There is a shot of us driving in the car. After ending his career, Bajer took up various jobs, going to work in Australia or the USA, but he finally found something that brings him fulfillment. Today, the 45-year-old is a trained PDR technician, i.e. a specialist in repairing dents on car bodies. How did he get involved with the automotive industry? It turns out that it was decided by chance. – There was a period when I worked in Norway. My flight to Poland was canceled and I stayed at the airport. Later they took us to a hotel, and in that hotel I met a boy. He told me that he comes to Norway and removes dents from car bodies, he said.

This intrigued him so much that he decided to explore the topic and got lost. He started looking for appropriate courses and training in this field. – Later, when I returned to the room, I started watching videos and got into it. When I returned to Poland, in the meantime I started looking for training, he said, adding that after gaining the appropriate qualifications, he found employment quite quickly. – I returned to Norway, saved some money, and I knew then that I wanted to do this.
