The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) authorized the transfer of S/ 108,748,809 million to the Mivivienda Fund in order to finance the disbursement of the Good Payer Bonus (BBP) of the New Mivivienda Credit until December 31 of this year .
This is established by Ministerial Resolution 221-2022-VIVIENDA, published this August 18 in the official newspaper El Peruano and signed by the Minister of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, César Paniagua. With these resources, the Mivivienda Fund, an entity attached to the MVCS, will be able to grant up to 5,054 bonds.
This non-refundable subsidy ranges from S/ 10,800 to S/ 25,700 —depending on the value of the property to be purchased— and is aimed at middle-income people with a good credit history and who access the New Mivivienda Credit.
According to the MVCS, July was the best month of the year in placements of the Nuevo Crédito Mivivienda, as 1,685 mortgage loans were granted, with a disbursement of around S/ 92 million.
