To prepare such a regenerating foot bath, simply pour 2-3 cups of oatmeal into a bowl and pour boiling water over it. Wait 5-10 minutes, add cold water to the appropriate temperature and immerse your feet. After 15 minutes, you can gently exfoliate with the petals in the water, then rinse your feet, dry them thoroughly and apply a moisturizing cream or ointment.

When looking for a good cream that will help keep your heels in good condition, it is worth paying attention to those available in pharmacies. They cost little and the effects are surprising. One option is an ointment with vitamin A, which costs about PLN 10. It is recommended for various skin problems, including dry and cracked heels. An ointment with a high concentration of urea will also work great, and you can buy it for about PLN 17. This is a product that has a softening and moisturizing effect. Regardless of the choice of ointment, to deeply regenerate your heels, it is worth using it every day as a rich foot cream at night.
