Thus, Lyon moves up to seventh place with 41 points scored. Brest, second in the national tournament, has 53 points, ten units behind PSG, which leads.
For the 30th round of the French Championship, Lyon returns to the pitch, next Sunday, at 4pm (BrasΓlia time), to face Paris Saint-Germain, at Parque dos PrΓncipes. Brest, in turn, on the same day, at 12:05 pm, host Monaco, at the Francis-Le BlΓ© Stadium.

In the 18th minute of the first half, Lyon opened the scoring. Corentin Tolisso received an assist from Jake O’brien and sent it into the back of the net.
In the second half, the visitors took to the attacking field and managed to turn the match around. In the 15th minute, Steve MouniΓ© had assistance from Romain Del Castillo to leave everything equal at the Groupama Stadium.
Shortly after, in the 19th minute, Brest turned around. Romain Del Castillo, after contributing an assist, didn’t miss the chance to score his goal. And, three minutes later, at 22, Del Castillo scored again and scored Brest’s third goal of the match.
Lyon’s reaction began in the 25th minute. Experienced striker Alexandre Lacazette filled the net and reduced the visitors’ advantage. In the 35th minute, Argentine Nicolas Tagliafico received a pass from Cherki and equalized the score. So everything was the same again.
Both teams were down a player in the 41st minute. Tagliafico and Pierre Lees Melou received a second yellow card and left the pitch.
With ten on each side, the game became more open. When the lights went out, in the 61st minute (16th added time), Lyon managed to recover. From the penalty spot, Maitland-Niles did not waste the charge and scored the home team’s fourth goal in the match.
