The captain and striker of the club of the National Hockey League (NHL) “Washington Capitals” Alexander Ovechkin held a photo shoot with family and trophies. Personnel was published by the wife of the player Anastasia Shubskaya on Instagram (prohibited social network in Russia; belongs to META, recognized as an extremist organization and prohibited in the Russian Federation).
Ovechkin took a picture with his wife, sons Sergey and Ilya, and with his awards. Children also posed with signs with the inscription GR8 (“Great Eight”, the nickname of the Russian in the NHL – approx. “Ribbon.ru”).
Ovechkin brought the total number of goals in the NHL regular championships to 885. The Russian reduced the lag from the Canadian Canada Record by the number of goals in regular championships to nine.
