The first type includes ectomorphs – people with a thin physique who find it difficult to gain muscle mass and fat tissue due to their fast metabolism. Such people should pay attention to cycling, swimming, martial arts or dancing.

The second type includes mesomorphs – people with an average build, in which muscle tissue predominates over fat. Gymnastics, tennis, bodybuilding, and martial arts are suitable for them. The last type is endomorphs, which includes obese people. Aerobic training is recommended for them.

Earlier, Kira Glinka, an expert at the Center for Molecular Diagnostics CMD Central Research Institute of Epidemiology of Rospotrebnadzor, named the reasons for the lack of effectiveness in training. The specialist said that many people get too carried away with the process, which is why they develop the wrong training regimen. Another reason may be poor-quality training, in which the load, type and time are not calculated.
