Relatives of a Venezuelan murdered in Manta request an investigation for the dissemination of photos at a time when an autopsy was being carried out

Manta, MANABI

Outrage is what relatives feel about the Venezuelan Joselyn Noguera Paredes, who was murdered on Monday afternoon, after photos of the 29-year-old woman were circulated naked and in the autopsy process on Tuesday afternoon and night.

There were six graphics that circulated on social networks, something that caught the attention of the relatives of the deceased today. And in the face of this, they demanded that both the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) and the National Police investigate who or who captured the photographs and disclosed them.

The woman made news in 2021, first in January of that year when she was spared an attack on her life, and in April she was arrested along with eleven people who, according to the Police, were members of the Los Choneros criminal gang.

Joelys Noguera, Joselyn’s sister, complained about the staff who worked last Monday and, specifically, about those who took the photos that were later circulated.

“They have taken horrible photos of her that are circulating everywhere, there is no respect for the pain of others, they don’t even leave her dead in peace,” he told the news web portal Hello blanket.

She added that after her sister’s murder she remained outside the Manta forensic center for more than five hours, where an autopsy was performed, without being told anything, but now they question that while she suffered the pain of the death of Joselyn, inside said site, they captured nude photos of her in the process of the autopsy.

At the moment neither the Police nor the FGE have issued a statement on this complaint from the family of Joselyn Noguera, who according to the Police, would be the partner of a member of the Los Choneros gang.

“Possibly it is a cohabitant of a person who was under house arrest,” said Rodny Chávez, chief of Manabí Police Subzone 13.

In this province so far in 2022 there have been 38 violent deaths. Of those crimes, 30 originate from criminal violence associated with drug trafficking, according to Chávez.

Joselyn Noguera’s funeral will take place this Wednesday in Manta. (I)
