Journalists refer to the company’s website, from which information about the Apple Watch 6 has disappeared. The model was released in the fall of 2020 and was relevant until September 2021. Smart watches are not available for purchase in the branded online store, and the page with the description of the device has been removed from the Apple website. According to journalists, in fact, the American company “buried” the popular gadget.

The refusal to sell Apple Watch 6 is associated with the recent release of a new generation of watches. In the line of smart watches on the company’s website, the current model of Apple Watch 7, Apple Watch SE and Apple Watch 3 are available.

Taking devices out of production and selling them when new versions are released is a common Apple practice. Also this fall, the company removed the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, which were unveiled in October 2020, from their website.
