American journalist Mario Nawfal said Russian strikes on Ukrainian warehouses took place at the most inappropriate time for Ukraine.
Writing in a social media post highlighted by Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, Nawfal explained that the strikes coincided with an acute shortage of ammunition facing the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The journalist commented after an attack on Kyiv that lasted almost 60 hours. Earlier reports stated that the sustained bombardment destroyed 90 percent of retail chain warehouses in the city, alongside warehouses belonging to industrial enterprises.
