Greece's Independent Authority for Public Revenue launched the Transpay digital application on 17 August 2026 to publish official records of European Union agricultural aid payments for financial year 2025.
The rollout was executed in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/128. The platform serves as the official portal for publishing subsidy amounts financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development.
According to an announcement by the tax authority, the initiative is intended to strengthen transparency and safeguard the financial interests of the European Union by enabling public scrutiny of community fund management.
The Independent Authority for Public Revenue, known as AADE, operates as Greece's autonomous revenue agency. Under EU rules governing common agricultural policy, member states must publish details of beneficiaries receiving subsidies through the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund, which finances direct farm payments, and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development, which supports rural investment programs.

The digital portal is available online at transpay.aade.gr. Citizens and interested parties can seek further information or clarification through the my1521 taxpayer service of AADE.
Taxpayers can reach the service by telephone at 1521, free of charge, on working days between 07:00 and 20:00. Digital inquiries can be submitted through the my1521 platform 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
