Salaries for ‘junior’ positions range from S / 1,044 to S / 2,921

According to the latest Bumeran labor market index, there are five main areas that present the highest required salaries for applicants with a junior profile; that is, those with a few years of experience in the market but with basic knowledge of the position.

In this sense, the report indicates the following top 5 of the Peruvian labor market for those who are about to graduate or have just graduated:

It is worth emphasizing that each of these areas have specific positions in which the salary may vary, but that the general average requested is S / 1,745.

In the case of the first group, this is made up of positions ranging from distribution with S / 1,188 to various engineering firms with an average salary of S / 2,597 per month.

The second group, from the infrastructure position with S / 1,454 to functional analysis with S / 2,568, while the third group, from maintenance and cleaning with S / 1,044 to medicine with S / 2,921.

The fourth group, from the graphic design position with S / 1,393 to social responsibility with S / 2,226, and finally, the fifth group, from training with S / 1,491 to compensation and payroll with S / 2,336.

Likewise, the study indicates that the average salary required increased by 1.8% compared to the previous month, while in the last 12 months the increase was 3.9%.
