Felipe Caicedo makes his debut as a scorer in Genoa

Paraguayan striker Antonio Sanabria led Torino’s victory over Genoa (3-2), who suffered the great game of the South American player, author of a score and an assist that led his team away from relegation positions. The Grifo, meanwhile, was not worth the appearance in the statistics of the Ecuadorian Felipe Caicedo, who scored his first goal of the course.

First, Mattia Destro reduced the gap with a pass from the other man of the match, Caicedo, who got the same numbers as Sanabria but with a loss. Later, although Josip Brekalo made it 3-1, Caicedo responded with his team’s second goal ten minutes to go. The Ecuadorian striker pushed into the net a great play by Yayah Kallon’s right wing and caused uncertainty at the Stadio Olímpico di Torino.

Nicolo Rovella was able to tie in a free-kick, but he was unlucky and in the end Torino, guided by a great Sanabria, beat Genoa, who was not able to show off the good performance of the Ecuadorian with points. (D)
