“If it were up to me, I would take him out of Barça, but he said he prefers to stay,” Bori explained to radio. Cadena Cope. “He said that he is from Barça and that he is not going to leave Barça. I think otherwise, but he does not agree,” he added.
“We’re talking about Barça’s number 10, a Spanish national team player, a boy who left La MasÃa (Barcelona base). Ansu doesn’t want to go to another club, but I want to see him win”, he explained.
“He deserves to play more minutes, he can’t play one or two per game,” he said. “As a parent, I’m upset,” Bori said.
Ansu Fati emerged as a phenomenon in 2019 when he was just 16, and his rise was cut short in 2020 by a knee injury. In 2021, he inherited the number 10 shirt of the Catalan club when Lionel Messi left Barcelona for Paris Saint Germain.
However, he failed to establish himself and in the current season he started just nine games for the Spanish Championshipdespite not having any physical problems.
