Ecuador trained in Athens this Monday for a double day on the eve of the Davis Cup World Group I playoffs, where they will face the local team, Greece. On Monday and Tuesday, both Ecuadorians and Greeks train at Totai Club, located 30 minutes from the Athens Olympic Stadium, which is being adapted to host this series.
The series will be played on February 4 and 5 at the Olympic Stadium in Athens. The team is not yet complete, since this Tuesday Diego Hidalgo will join the training sessions, who had his last participation in Australia.

The team led by Raúl Viver, is made up of Andrés Andrade (564 ATP singles), Álvaro Guillén (731), Cayetano March (859), Gonzalo Escobar (43 ATP doubles) and Diego Hidalgo (93 ATP doubles). In addition to Camilo Chiquito (doctor) and Ramiro Cocina (physiotherapist).
The Greek team is led by Stefanos Tsitsipas (3 ATP singles), Michail Pervolarakis (573), Alexandros Skorilas (954), Petros Tsipsipas (1397), Aristotelis Thanos (1578) and captain Dimitris Chatzinikolaou.
On Saturday the series will start at 11:00 a.m. local (04:00 from Ecuador) and on Sunday, February 5, 12:00 local (05:00 from Ecuador). (D)
