Sandra Bullock revealed a shoulder tattoo honoring her two children and her late partner Bryan Randall at the London premiere of Practical Magic 2 on Wednesday, August 26.
The actress wore a strapless Givenchy dress with a leopard pattern, according to E! News, which exposed the subtle ink design as she posed for photographers on the red carpet.
Bullock was joined at the red carpet event in London by her co-stars Nicole Kidman, Joey King, and Maisie Williams.
The tattoo features the letters L and B intertwined alongside a superscript number two. The initials represent her 16-year-old son Louis, her 12-year-old daughter Laila, and her partner Bryan Randall, who died in 2023 at the age of 57 after a three-year battle with ALS.
Family Impact and Diagnosis
During a recent interview on the SmartLess podcast, Bullock spoke about how her children coped with Randall's diagnosis and his eventual death.
Bullock said her children had full awareness of the situation, noting that when a condition leaves someone bedridden, everyone involved must face the reality.
She said her son Louis handled the illness very differently from her daughter Laila. Louis recognized about two years before Randall died that being in that environment was not healthy for him.
Laila remained closer to Randall until roughly six months before he passed away. At that point, Laila asked her mother to decline calls when family requested that she visit him.
Bullock said she agreed to her daughter's request while reassuring Laila that if she ever chose to visit him, Bullock would accompany her and stay right beside her, and would leave with her whenever she wanted.

Randall was a photographer who was in a relationship with Bullock for several years before his death. ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing muscle weakness and physical impairment.
Practical Magic 2 is the sequel to the 1998 fantasy comedy-drama Practical Magic, in which Bullock and Kidman starred as sister witches. Givenchy is a French luxury fashion house based in Paris.
