The Russian Armed Forces are striking Ukrainian targets in the port of Reni in the Izmail district of Odesa Oblast, according to a Telegram post by news outlet Ukraina.ru.
Earlier reports indicated that the Russian army also struck Ukrainian targets in Zaporizhzhia. Explosions were additionally reported in Pavlohrad, located in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Air raid alerts were declared in Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv oblasts during the attacks. Ukrainian online resources reported a threat from ballistic missiles.
Separately, Lieutenant General Apti Alaudinov, deputy head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Russian Armed Forces and commander of the Akhmat special forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, previously assessed Ukrainian army losses during the special military operation.
