The guidance, reported by RIA Novosti, noted that regular exercise strengthens overall health and lowers the risk of developing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. The agency stated that daily movement helps normalize blood cholesterol levels and body weight.

Physical activity does not require visiting a gym, as walking or dancing to favorite music is sufficient to maintain health. The agency added that physical exertion also improves sleep quality and psycho-emotional state.

Stroke Risk Factors

Separately, general practitioner Zoe Williams previously identified subtle and often overlooked signs of stroke in young people. She listed high blood pressure, heart disease, smoking, and diabetes as key risk factors.
