Minister Andrés Alencastre specified that urea is not the only fertilizer available to be distributed. “Not only do we have urea (in the upper part they don’t use urea), but also island guano Y Organic fertilizers for farmers,” the official explained.
Alencastre specified that the Water, the organization, the retention of the recharge of the hydric resource should have the same look. They will have to participate communities, provincial and district municipalities, regional governments, in a decentralization scheme. The others (farmers who use other types of fertilizers) will be for another time,” the official said.
