Clerhp, a Spanish group specializing in engineering, architecture, construction and real estate development, has signed a collaboration agreement with Keller Williams República Dominicana, one of the largest real estate franchises in the world, to expand its international network of brokers.
The agreement was signed recently at Keller Williams's offices in Santo Domingo and marks the start of a new phase of collaboration aimed at widening the network of brokers and real estate agents linked to Clerhp's projects.
Juan Andrés Romero, president of Clerhp, signed the agreement on behalf of the company, while Wanda del Orbe and Rodelixsa Manzueta represented Keller Williams República Dominicana. The negotiations and development of the deal were led by José Joaquín Alonso, Clerhp's director of brokers, as part of the company's strategy to keep bringing in new collaborators and real estate networks that can connect its projects with investors and clients in different markets.
Training on Larimar City & Resort
As part of the agreement, Clerhp and Keller Williams República Dominicana will carry out joint activities so that agents in the network gain an in-depth understanding of Larimar City & Resort, including its urban concept, its residential developments, services, amenities and lifestyle offering.
Alonso said he wants every agent to know Larimar City & Resort in depth, understand its scale and be able to convey the project's full potential to their clients. He said training is essential to keep building a solid, international sales network.
First private meeting with Keller Williams clients
On August 29, Larimar City & Resort hosted a group of clients and friends of Keller Williams República Dominicana at a private event held on the grounds where the project is being built.
During the visit, attendees were able to see the progress of Larimar City & Resort firsthand, learn about its Smart City concept, and receive information on its developments and real estate opportunities.
Clerhp builds alliances to reach new markets
With this agreement, Clerhp is reinforcing a commercial strategy built on partnerships with real estate networks. The company said it will keep working in the coming months on new agreements to expand this network and increase the project's presence among national and international investors and clients.
