Rain Hannah, the longtime girlfriend of Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil, has been arrested and charged with domestic assault in Williamson County, Tennessee.
According to a report published by TMZ on November 5, law enforcement authorities in Williamson County took Hannah, a 45-year-old makeup artist, into custody on Sunday, November 1.
Hannah posted $5,000 bail and was released from custody the following day. She is scheduled to appear in court to face the domestic violence charge on December 3. Williamson County lies directly south of Nashville in Middle Tennessee.
Vince Neil and Rain Hannah relationship
Neil, 65, and Hannah have been in a relationship since 2011. Despite spending 15 years together, the couple generally keeps a low profile and rarely shares joint appearances on social media.
Hannah last appeared on the rock singer's Instagram account on September 8, 2024. In that post, Neil shared a selfie of the two smiling together while wearing hats for the Chicago Bears, the National Football League team based in Illinois.
When Neil is not on the road with Mötley Crüe, he spends his time with Hannah at the couple's ranch, where they keep horses. The pair do not have children together, though they have shared several pets over the course of their relationship.
For years, the couple owned a Yorkshire terrier. In 2020, Hannah disclosed on Instagram that the dog had died after being attacked by two neighborhood dogs. Later that same year, Neil and Hannah brought three new dogs into their home.
Mötley Crüe touring lineup
The arrest comes after a period of touring for Neil and his Mötley Crüe bandmates, bassist Nikki Sixx, drummer Tommy Lee and guitarist John 5. John 5 joined the Los Angeles heavy metal group in 2022 following the departure of founding guitarist Mick Mars.
Formed in Hollywood in 1981 by Sixx, Lee, Mars and Neil, Mötley Crüe became one of the defining hard rock acts of the 1980s and has continued to perform across North America and internationally for more than four decades.
