Kryukov also spoke about the attitude to the performance of Russians in international tournaments in neutral status. “The citizens themselves are crookedly, look askance at those who agree to neutral status,” Kryukov said.
Russians and Belarusians do not participate in international competitions by decision of the International Biathlon Union (IBU). The order entered into force in March of 2022 and will act until further notice.
