The song title Aishite means love in Japanese. In the first verse, West sings about feeling alone, hunted, and betrayed. She states that nobody is going to save her, which drives her crazy, and asks why she cannot escape and why people are hunting her. She asks others to just love her while stating that everyone betrays her, adding that she sees blood every day under psychological pressure.
In the next verse, West continues to focus on betrayal. She sings that she will not be used again and cannot be anyone's friend or let anyone into her life. She adds that she cannot rely on anyone and that her pain will not end.
