Nine intoxicated men suffered fractures after an elevator fell from the fourth floor of building number 27 on Elza Ibragimova Street in Makhachkala.
The incident became known on the evening of August 8. City services told RIA Novosti that all nine men riding in the elevator were drunk at the time of the crash.
The press service of the Makhachkala city administration reported that the men suffered fractures in the fall. Gadzhimurad Murtuzaliev, the first deputy head of the city of Makhachkala, traveled directly to the scene of the incident.
