Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a lead specialist at the Meteonovosti weather news agency, reported the atmospheric conditions on her official Telegram channel. She said afternoon air temperatures in Moscow climbed to 25 degrees Celsius on September 10, while temperatures across the broader Moscow region were approximately one degree lower.
Pozdnyakova noted that the warm start to September surpassed much of the preceding month. In August, Moscow recorded temperatures above 25 degrees Celsius on only nine days, with all of those warm days taking place during the first ten days of the month.
