Colombian singer Maluma has become a father for the second time, announcing the news with a photograph of himself embracing his partner, Susana Gómez, and their newborn son at the hospital.
The singer shared the black-and-white photo on Instagram on Tuesday, September 15, revealing his son's name. He also disclosed that the baby had actually been born a day earlier, on Monday, September 14.
"Orión Londoño Gómez. 14/09/26," he wrote in the caption, naming the newborn and confirming the date of birth.

Maluma then posted a second black-and-white image to his Instagram stories, showing him holding his son close while covering the baby's face with a blue heart emoji.

Pregnancy kept private
Maluma and Gómez, who have been a couple since 2020, kept the pregnancy hidden from the public. Only days before the birth, the singer posted a TikTok video filmed in a swimming pool, in which Gómez swam past him with her pregnant belly visible, offering fans their first glimpse of the pregnancy.
Maluma, whose real name is Juan Luis Londoño Arias, is one of the best-known figures in Latin pop and reggaeton, with a career built on hit singles and collaborations with artists across the genre.
Second child for the couple
This is the second child for Maluma and Gómez. The couple became parents for the first time in 2024, when their daughter, Paris, was born.
Maluma has not shared further details about his son's birth beyond the name, date and the photographs posted on his social media accounts.
