Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis arrived in his hometown of Chania on Thursday with his wife Mareva Grabowski-Mitsotakis for a short summer vacation.
The couple traveled to Chania to spend the week of August 15 in the prime minister's birthplace. On Thursday evening, they went out for a meal in the city center.

According to news outlet kriti360, Mitsotakis appeared in a very good mood during dinner and chatted with local citizens and patrons at the venue. Several people greeted the prime minister and exchanged words with him during his visit.
