Venezuelan reality show contestant Kevin Díaz remains hospitalized in a clinic after suffering an eight-meter fall during a height challenge on the competition show Esto es guerra.
Díaz initially addressed his condition through his social media accounts, confirming his hospitalization to fans. He explained that he is doing well, though he will require several days of medical rest and must temporarily remain away from his work responsibilities.

A new photograph circulating on social media platforms, including TikTok, provided a clearer view of the current condition of Onelia Molina's partner. The image shows Díaz lying in a clinic bed while wearing an orthopedic neck brace.

In addition to the neck brace, the photograph reveals that Díaz has an intravenous line placed in one of his arms for medication administration. Despite his medical state, the Esto es guerra competitor appeared smiling in front of the camera.

The image emerged following public statements by television host Mathías Brivio regarding the fall during the height challenge. Brivio rejected characterizing the event as an accident, choosing instead to refer to the episode as an incident.
The production team behind Esto es guerra also addressed the live accident on air, blaming Díaz directly. Production representatives stated that the contestant did not adopt the correct posture during the challenge.
The image triggered widespread concern among his followers, who remain attentive to his health recovery following the fall. Viewers also criticized the reality show production, rejecting attempts by show organizers to minimize the incident.
