KATSEYE has reached the top of the Billboard 200 for the first time with its new EP, "Wild."
The five-track project, which includes the songs "Pinky Up" and "Hootie Frutti," debuted at No. 1 on the American chart with sales equivalent to 170,000 albums in its first week of release, according to Luminate.
"Wild" is the fourth album by an all-female group to reach No. 1 in the 2020s, following TWICE's "With YOU-th" in 2025, NewJeans' "Get Up" in 2023 and BLACKPINK's "Born Pink" in 2022.
KATSEYE's biggest week yet
"Wild" also marked the most successful week of KATSEYE's career, both in equivalent units and in pure album sales, which reached 145,000. It was also the top week of pure album sales recorded by a girl group since Billboard 200 adopted its current calculation method in December 2014.
KATSEYE previously peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with "Beautiful Chaos" in 2025, while its debut album, "SIS (Soft Is Strong)," released in 2024, reached only No. 98.
Rest of the top 10
Behind "Wild" came Phoebe Bridgers' "Lost Weekend," which debuted at No. 2 with sales equivalent to 118,000 albums. It marked the first time one of her solo projects reached the top 10, and also her best sales week to date. Bridgers had previously reached the Billboard 200 top 10 in 2023 as a member of Boygenius, when the trio's album "The Record" hit No. 4.
Stray Kids' "This & That," which debuted at No. 1 the previous week, slipped to No. 3, followed by Olivia Rodrigo's "You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love" at No. 4 and Ella Langley's "Dandelion" at No. 5.
Rounding out the top 10 were Morgan Wallen's "I'm the Problem" at No. 6, Ariana Grande's "Petal" at No. 8, Drake's "Iceman" at No. 9 and Olivia Dean's "The Art of Loving" at No. 10.
