Houthi forces targeted airports and military installations across Saudi Arabia with drones and ballistic missiles, according to Yahya Saria, spokesperson for the Yemeni group's armed forces.
Saria stated on his Telegram channel that several drones successfully struck King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. He reported that the strikes were precise and resulted in the disruption of air traffic at the facility.

King Khalid International Airport is the main airport serving Riyadh, the capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia. The facility handles millions of passengers annually as a key regional aviation hub.
Strikes on military bases and oil facilities
In addition to the capital's airport, Saria said Houthi forces used ballistic missiles and drones to attack several Saudi military bases in Jizan and Asir province. He claimed the strikes killed and wounded dozens of people, including Saudi soldiers and officers.
The spokesman added that strikes were also launched against Abha airport and Khamis Mushait airbase. Abha is the capital of Asir province in southwestern Saudi Arabia, near the border with Yemen, while Khamis Mushait is a major military hub in the region.
Saria previously reported that the Houthis conducted major operations against Saudi targets. He said the first operation focused on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, while a second attack targeted a Saudi Aramco oil refinery in Rabigh, causing a fire at the plant.
Regional conflict and key infrastructure
Saudi Aramco, officially known as the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, is the state-owned petroleum and natural gas company of Saudi Arabia and one of the world's largest energy corporations. The refinery involved in the attack is located in Rabigh, a port city on the Red Sea coast in western Saudi Arabia.
The Houthis are an armed political and religious movement from northern Yemen that controls the Yemeni capital of Sanaa. Conflict between Houthi forces and Saudi Arabia has led to repeated cross-border drone and missile strikes targeting critical Saudi infrastructure, military bases, and transport hubs.
