A woman went to a police unit in Guayaquil to publicly apologize to dozens of agents for assaulting a second lieutenant

Ana Gabriela PM went this Wednesday to the Community Surveillance Unit (UVC) of Florida, in the north of Guayaquil, with a sheet. She did not go to file a complaint, but to publicly apologize for an attack she committed against an agent.

Arbitration, mediation and other alternative procedures for conflict resolution are recognized there. These procedures will be applied subject to the law, in matters that by their nature can be compromised.

The judge ordered that by virtue of the conciliation reached by the parties, the extinction of the action against violations of the present case was declared. The agreement was that she go to apologize at the time when the policemen form.

The offender was in police custody, and once an agreement was reached, custody was ordered to be lifted.
