The CONMEBOL Competitions and Operations Department has rescheduled the 2026 Copa Libertadores and Copa Sudamericana round of 16 matches for four clubs. The announcement affects fixtures involving Deportes Tolima, Independiente del Valle, Independiente Santa Fe, and River Plate.
In the CONMEBOL Libertadores 2026, Deportes Tolima will host Independiente del Valle in the first leg on Tuesday, August 18. The match will start at 7:30 p.m. Colombia time at Estadio Manuel Murillo Toro in Ibagué. The second leg will take place on Tuesday, August 25, at 7:30 p.m. at Estadio Banco Guayaquil in Quito, Ecuador.
Sudamericana fixtures
CONMEBOL also announced new schedule details for the CONMEBOL Sudamericana 2026 round of 16 series between Independiente Santa Fe and River Plate. The first leg is scheduled for Wednesday, August 19, at 7:30 p.m. Colombia time at Estadio Nemesio Camacho El Campín in Bogotá.
The return match between River Plate and Santa Fe will be played on Wednesday, August 26. That second leg will kick off at 9:30 p.m. Argentina time at Estadio Más Monumental in Buenos Aires.
