Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin announced that Russian air defense systems destroyed three drones flying toward the capital.
Sobyanin wrote on his channel in the Max messaging app that the Russian Ministry of Defense air defense system destroyed the three unmanned aerial vehicles. He added that emergency services specialists were working at the site where debris fell.
Previous drone attacks
Sobyanin previously reported that Ukraine launched 184 unmanned aerial vehicles toward the Moscow region between 8:30 and 22:00 on August 4. He stated that most of those drones were neutralized on distant approaches.
