Royal family welcomes twin girls

Princess Iman and her husband, Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, who is of Greek descent, named the newborn girls Talia and Rania.

In the accompanying caption, Queen Rania wrote that the babies were healthy, happy, and finally here. She said the family had waited a long time to meet Talia and Rania, and sent her congratulations to Princess Iman, Thermiotis, and their child Amina, whom she referred to as sweet big sister Amina.

Family gatherings and public advocacy

In the published images, Queen Rania and King Abdullah II hold the newborn girls in their arms while wrapped in pink and white blankets.

Princess Iman's younger siblings, Princess Salma and Prince Hashem, also appear in the family photographs alongside their parents.

Beyond her recent family milestones, the past year has been an active period for Queen Rania in her official capacity.

She continues her public work alongside King Abdullah II, maintaining a focus on children, youth development, and women's rights.
