Conversely, the median pay for technology leadership fell by $215. Legal salaries dropped by $270, and sales pay decreased by $50.

Salaries for product and UI/UX designers increased slightly, but pay for web, motion and graphic designers fell during the same period.

Heads of marketing earn an average of $4,000, while senior marketers receive $2,950. Marketers at companies with more than 1,000 employees earn a median of $3,000.

Product companies and overseas pay

Product companies consistently offer the highest salaries for non-technical specialists across the sector.

The median pay for UI/UX and product designers at product companies is $2,900. Marketers at these firms earn $2,200, while human resources and sales staff receive a median of $2,000.

The survey noted that the salary gap between different types of employers is most pronounced in the design and marketing fields.

The gap is narrower in other roles. Overseas support staff earn $2,000 compared to $1,400 in Ukraine, while overseas UI/UX and product designers earn $3,000 against $2,400 domestically.
