A'Studio lead singer Keti Topuria and her family own real estate worth more than 600 million rubles, according to the Zvezdach Telegram channel. The singer and her family have lived in a new home on Nikolina Gora in the Moscow region near Rublevka since 2025.
The mansion sits on a 20-sotok plot and measures about 1,200 square meters. Topuria said construction took nearly four years, and workers rebuilt the building facade four times during that period.
Property Valuations and Details
Real estate agency general director Yury Parshikov said housing prices in the Nikolina Gora settlement can reach 500 million rubles. He estimated the value of Topuria's home at no more than 300 million rubles, noting that the final sum depends on interior finishings and furniture.
Topuria has also owned an apartment in a Stalin-era building on 1st Botkinsky Drive for many years. Parshikov estimated that the apartment is currently worth at least 47 million rubles.
Her properties include a 150-square-meter apartment in Dubai inside the ultra-luxury Bulgari Residences Dubai complex, which overlooks the Persian Gulf. Parshikov valued the Dubai property at approximately 4 million dollars, or about 320 million rubles when bought in 2023.
It was previously reported that actress Agata Muceniece and her husband, musician Pyotr Dranga, also own property valued in the hundreds of millions of rubles.
