Colombian singer Karol G has released her new 14-track album No me arrepiento de sentir tanto, delivering a collection of heartbreak songs and indirect references aimed at her former partner, fellow Colombian artist Feid.

The 35-year-old reggaeton performer, whose real name is Carolina Giraldo, composed the project during a vacation in Hawaii in late 2025. She chose to hold back the release so that the music would not be viewed as a marketing tactic tied to her personal breakup.
Speaking to Rolling Stone and on recent podcasts, Giraldo explained that the album had been finished for a long time. She said she did not want to appear to be exploiting her private life or using her personal situation as part of a promotional campaign, adding that the material was so personal that she initially felt unprepared to share it.
Karol G, known to fans as La Bichota, and Feid, who performs as Ferxxo, began a discreet relationship in 2021 after collaborating on the single Friki. Their separation was officially confirmed in 2025.
Both artists hail from Medellín, Colombia's second-largest city and a major center for modern Latin urban music. Karol G has built a global career as one of the leading female figures in reggaeton, a genre that blends Latin rhythms with hip-hop influences.
Songs and references to Feid
Listeners have identified several tracks on the album as direct messages to Feid. In the song Alguien que te amaba, the Medellín native responds to Verano Rosa, a previous duet she recorded with her ex-boyfriend. She sings that she never thought she would express what she is saying today, warning that what is not cared for does not last forever, and stating that he broke all promises of their love, turning their pink summer into winter.
Another track linked to Feid is Con Quién Andará?, which opens with a modernized sample of the classic 1974 Spanish rock song Porque te Vas by singer Jeanette. The track then transitions into the signature reggaeton style that brought Karol G global fame.
The album includes Después de ti, a collaboration with Greg Gonzalez, the lead vocalist of American ambient pop band Cigarettes After Sex. The track was the first song composed after her separation, featuring lyrics where she sings that her life ended after him and that she has not learned to live without his company.
Fans also pointed to the track BbY WOW as a reference to Feid. The title highlights the word wow, an expression and vocal catchphrase that Feid has frequently used throughout his career.
Collaborations and track list
Beyond her heartbreak themes, No me arrepiento de sentir tanto features high-profile international guest appearances. American pop star Bruno Mars joins Karol G on the song Still, while Canadian rapper Drake contributes to the track Ahí. Spanish musicians Judeline and Rusowsky also appear on the production.
The remaining titles filling out the 14-song release are Te llevas To, Maybe, Bebiendo Lágrimas, Final feliz, For u My lova, Si lo ven, and Eclipse.
Karol G is currently traveling across the United States on her concert tour, Viajando por el mundo, TropiTour.
