The Kardashian-Jenner family won a three-year restraining order against a Colorado man accused of stalking Kylie Jenner.

Kardashians Win Restraining Order Over Kylie 'Stalker'

Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Khoé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner have been granted a three-year restraining order against a man accused of stalking Kylie, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ.

A judge issued the order against Kyle Robert DeWick, a man from Colorado whom Kris Jenner had previously described as a stalker, saying he has no relationship whatsoever with her or her family.

The order requires DeWick to stay at least 91 metres, or about 300 feet, away from all seven family members. It also bars him from contacting any of them in person, online, by phone or by mail.

How the case against DeWick began

A temporary restraining order was first issued in late May, and its terms have now been extended for three years. In a sworn declaration, Kris Jenner said her security staff told her DeWick first came to the family's attention in 2021, when he allegedly visited Kylie Jenner's home on repeated occasions.

According to Kris Jenner, DeWick believed she had somehow encouraged him to pursue Kylie, and even to propose marriage to her, a claim she categorically denies.

Criminal record and recent contact with realtors

Kris Jenner told the court that DeWick has a criminal record that includes a case of violent assault. She said he had recently contacted realtors linked to properties owned by the family and had visited homes near the areas where family members live.

Kris Jenner is the matriarch and manager of the Kardashian-Jenner family, whose members built their fame on the reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kylie Jenner, her youngest daughter, is a makeup entrepreneur and one of the most followed members of the family. TMZ, the outlet that first obtained the court filings, is a Los Angeles-based celebrity news organisation that regularly reports on the family's legal matters.

Kris Jenner told the court that the situation had caused her serious emotional distress and left her fearing for both her own safety and that of her children.
