The performer invested in the confectionery business, which is planned to open by the end of 2026 in the Aviapark shopping center in northern Moscow. On September 2, he became the owner of a 25 percent stake in the company.

At the same time, the stake belonging to Black Star Burger co-owner Yuri Levitas dropped from 50 percent to 25 percent. His partner, Andrei Pupkov, still owns half of the business.

Company registration and trademark

The limited liability company "Kingdom of Sweets" was registered in June 2026. The company holds the trademark "Kingdom of Sweets" under classifications covering confectionery products and cafe, bar and cafeteria services.

Mikhail Burmistrov, general director of the analytics firm Infoline-Analitika, estimated that the total launch budget, including value-added tax and working capital, would be at least 200 million rubles. He said around 100 million rubles of that would go toward finishing work, engineering and themed interior design, at least another 50 million rubles would cover equipment, IT systems, installations and initial stock, and the remainder would be spent on rent, launch costs and staff.

Kirkorov's property sale in Bulgaria

Kirkorov, who holds the title of People's Artist of Russia, had earlier sold off most of his real estate in Bulgaria, offloading 14 apartments on the country's Black Sea coast.

He had owned the properties since the 2000s. In 2007, the singer bought all 14 apartments, ranging from 51 to 185 square meters, in the upscale Emerald residential complex at the Black Sea resort of Ravda. The complex includes several swimming pools, a fitness center, a spa and numerous restaurants.

Prices for 40-square-meter studios in the complex currently start at 70,000 euros, or about 6.98 million rubles.
