Trapeton Summer Bash is a large festival of Latin music, which this year was supposed to visit the Stogi beach in Gdańsk. Its organization was planned for July 14 and 15, but 3 days before the event, the people responsible for the event decided to cancel it. Seeing the biggest stars like Maluma, Ozuna and Lali has become impossible, and fans of the artists do not spare words under the official post. The decision that was announced surprised many people, because yesterday morning nothing indicated that the project would not take place. A stage was even set up on the beach in Gdańsk, and on the official Instagram it was assured that everything was going according to plan. Yesterday in the evening, i.e. less than 3 days before the start of the festival, a message was posted on Facebook and Instagram. The organizers regret to inform that despite their efforts and willingness, they have to cancel the event.

It is with great sadness that we would like to inform you that the Trapeton Summer Bash Festival, which was supposed to take place on July 14-15, 2023 at Stogi Beach in Gdańsk, will not take place. We are extremely sorry about the situation. We would like to sincerely apologize to all of you for betraying your trust. Our plans for a summer Latino festival by the Polish seaside with great artists exceeded our capabilities.
Every day we fought for the festival to take place, but we reached the point where the promised effect could not be achieved and the work collapsed financially at the last moment.
However, this is not the first situation when the Trapeton Summer Bash does not take place. This is the fourth cancellation of the event. The festival was supposed to take place in 2020, as well as in 2021, but the pandemic thwarted these plans. In 2022, the event was canceled due to the situation in Ukraine.
Fans are not hiding their indignation. They feel cheated
People who were planning to go to the festival not only bought tickets for the event. A few days before the start, most of them had accommodation, transport and organized holidays. This is why you can read voices of indignation and disappointment. In addition, hardly anyone believes that only now the organizers have learned that their budget is insufficient.
You are not serious! How can you organize such a large festival without having the funds? And cancel it 3 days before … I hope that you will also reimburse us for tickets for the railway station and for hotels! You should shut down your business and never undertake any events. I hope I get a refund for my ticket soon!!
Let’s not be persuaded that 3 days before the festival they did not know that they would “run out of something”. It’s not just about disappointment anymore, it’s also about the loss of money for travel and accommodation.
