Dollar in Peru: exchange rate closed at S / 4.0110 this Tuesday, November 23

The price of the dollar closed at S / 4.0110 in operations on Tuesday, November 23. The greenback started the day at S / 4.0134, as reported by the Central Reserve Bank of Peru (BCRP).

In this way, the currency maintains its value compared to the close of last Monday, October 22, when it also stood at S / 4.0110. The purchase in the parallel market was located at S / 4.00 and the sale at S / 4.03. Regarding the price of the dollar in the main windows of the country, it is situated in the purchase S / 4.11 and the sale in S / 3.91, in the Bank of Credit of Peru (BCP).

During the day, the issuing entity placed exchange swaps for S / 400 million. Likewise, the currency accumulates a profit of 10,83% against the sun so far in 2021, after closing at S / 3,619 in 2020.

This occurs while representatives of the Government, led by the Prime Minister, Mirtha Vasquez, and the three controversial mining companies in Ayacucho met on Monday night at the PCM headquarters where bridges of dialogue were built.
