Zeta Douka Dives Into Paleokarya Waterfall, Tries Archery

Greek actress Zeta Douka dived into the Paleokarya waterfall in Trikala and tried archery during a summer break with her daughter, she revealed in an Instagram post.

On Tuesday, 25 August, Douka posted video and photographs of the activities she did with her 10-year-old daughter, Thalia, while staying in the village of Kalogyroi in the Trikala region.

She said the trip gave her a breath of coolness, calm and quality of life before the rush of Athens returned. She said whatever she wrote about the magical place would still fall short, and that she never tired of it.

Douka said that in the middle of a heatwave, she and her daughter found the coolness of the mountains, a light rain and the vast calm of nature. She described the freezing waters of the Paleokarya waterfall as her own "playground," a name she said she now uses for the site.

Hiking, archery and horse riding

The actress said she also went hiking in the forest and tried archery, while Thalia rode horses. She said the horses were happy and spent most of the day running free in the forest, calling it beautiful. She said they had visited before, gone back again, and would keep returning.
