The Xiaomi 17T Pro, a high-end smartphone that has been on sale for just two months, has had its price cut by 200 euros at Amazon, El Corte Inglés and Xiaomi's own online store.

The 512GB version, originally priced at 999.99 euros, is now available for 799.99 euros at all three retailers, each offering free shipping and a 30-day return window. Buyers can choose between black, blue and violet colour options, all carrying the same discount.
La Razón tested the Xiaomi 17T Pro as a personal device for several weeks and gave it a score of 90 out of 100, calling it one of the best phones launched in 2026. The review praised its refined design, one of the best screens in its segment, a processor that it said handles any app smoothly, Leica cameras it described as captivating, and what it called possibly the best battery life yet on a Xiaomi phone.

Design and display
The phone has a refined, elegant and resistant design in all three colour finishes, with excellent build quality, a slim profile and balanced weight, according to the review. It carries an IP68 rating against water and dust and can withstand being submerged 1.5 metres underwater for 30 minutes.

Its 6.83-inch AMOLED display has a resolution of 2772 x 1280 pixels (1.5K), a 144Hz refresh rate, brightness of 3,500 nits and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The review called it one of the best screens in its category.

Processor and software
The Xiaomi 17T Pro runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage in the discounted version, which the review said delivers smooth performance even under demanding use.

The phone ships with HyperOS 3, built on Android 16, and is set to receive four years of Android updates and six years of security updates.

Leica cameras
The camera system, developed in collaboration with Leica, includes a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, along with a 32-megapixel front-facing lens. The review named it one of the best camera setups on any phone currently for sale.

Battery and charging
The Xiaomi 17T Pro carries a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery that the review said delivers more than a day and a half of real-world use and over 8 hours of screen-on time. It supports 100-watt wired fast charging, 50-watt wireless charging and 22.5-watt reverse charging.
