Bloomberg learned about Apple’s plans to announce several Macs in June
Apple intends to introduce new versions of the OS and Mac computers at the WWDC summer event. It is reported by Bloomberg.
As it became known to the journalist of the agency Mark Gurman, at the WWDC summer event, Apple will introduce new versions of operating systems. The announcement of iOS 16, watchOS 9, macOS 13 and tvOS 16 is expected – an OS for iPhone smartphones, Apple Watch smart watches, Mac computers and Apple TV set-top boxes, respectively.
An insider revealed that Apple intends to release several new computer models over the coming months: “What better way to do this than WWDC?” Gurman recalled that at the WWDC 2020 event, Apple announced the rejection of Intel processors in its computers. According to declassified information from a specialist, several models are currently under development.
Mark Gurman said that first of all, the company is working on a new generation of ultrabook MacBook Air. Also in development are an updated Mac mini, a 24-inch iMac, and a low-cost MacBook Pro that will replace the aging 13-inch model. Apparently, Apple will also launch new Mac Pro and iMac Pro devices before the end of the year.
In early April, Apple announced the dates for the WWDC 2022 conference. The event will begin on June 6 and end on June 10, WWDC will be held online.
