Lenovo Releases Laptop That Can Work 29 Hours on a Single Charge
Chinese corporation Lenovo has introduced a notebook with record battery life, Tom’s Hardware reports.
The ThinkPad T14s is designed for office work. The company said that the device has a 58-watt-hour battery and can operate on a single charge for up to 29 hours. According to Lenovo representatives, such a gadget can be used on trips where there is no access to an outlet.
The device is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite processor with 12 Oryon CPU cores, the chip is built on the ARM architecture. The computer has 32 gigabytes of LPDDR5x RAM and 1 terabyte of built-in SSD memory.
The ThinkPad T14s also features a 14-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800×1800 pixels, multiple USB ports, Wi-Fi 7 support, and a webcam with facial recognition. The laptop is 16.9 mm thick and weighs 1.24 kg.
Lenovo ThinkPad T14s is now available for purchase in China. The device costs 11,999 yuan, or about 143 thousand rubles.
Earlier, journalists from Wccftech predicted the appearance of smartphones with record-breaking battery density in the near future. This will be possible due to the use of innovative silicon-carbon batteries.
