“PUE ZUS requires major, fundamental changes. That is why ZUS is working on modernizing the portal. Ultimately, the system will have simple navigation, an intuitive interface and functions adapted to the requirements of various customer groups, including people with special needs. The first changes are planned to be implemented at the beginning of August – in the method of logging into the system” –
PUE ZUS introduces changes to login. This is the first stage of changes in eZUS
Logging in using a login and password will be supplemented with new elements that are to make the portal more secure. After the changes, the password will have to consist of at least 12 characters. Therefore, after logging in, the system will ask you to change it. What’s more, two-step verification will be introduced – logging in will have to be confirmed with a code that will be sent by SMS or to an e-mail address, depending on which option we choose.
Another new feature will be the account selection screen that appears after logging in. “It can be an individual account (where the roles of general, beneficiary and insured person are available) or a payer’s (entrepreneur’s) account or an account to which the user has access as a proxy,” ZUS reports. In addition, the login screen will be remodeled, which is the first element of the new version of eZUS.
More changes coming this year
Changes in ZUS will be introduced gradually in order to maintain the continuity of PUE operations. This year, “changes in account registration on eZUS and in processes related to logging in, e.g. when reminding the login, are planned. Work is also underway to improve the profile of the contribution payer.”
