Realme GT Neo6 SE will have a display with a record brightness of 6000 nits
Realme Corporation has confirmed the development of a smartphone with a record-breaking bright screen. This was reported by PhoneArena.
In its Weibo account, the company said that the GT Neo6 SE device will have an OLED display manufactured by BOE with a resolution of 1.5K. The maximum screen brightness will be 6000 nits – according to journalists, this is a record figure in the industry. For comparison, the front panel of OnePlus 12 has a brightness of 4500 nits, Honor Magic6 Pro – 5000 nits.
It is reported that the smartphone will turn on maximum brightness in several modes, for example, when watching videos in HDR format. In normal mode, the screen brightness will be 1600 nits, the minimum brightness can be set by users. Realme GT Neo6 SE will also feature a Super HDR gaming mode and an artificial intelligence (AI)-based vision protection system.
Realme did not reveal other information about the device. Journalists said that the new device could have a battery with a capacity of 5500 milliamp-hours with fast charging of 100 watts. The announcement of the smartphone is expected in April.
