Wccftech: Samsung will introduce the Galaxy Ring with smart watch in July
Samsung has planned to release its first smart ring in the summer. This was reported by Wccftech.
Media journalists stated that this information was confirmed by the head of B2B Samsung Electronics, Daniel Son, on his LinkedIn. A corporate manager noted that a new wearable health and wellness product will launch in the second half of this year, apparently hinting at a smart ring.
According to the authors of Wccftech, Galaxy Ring may be presented in July. It also became known that the announcement of the Galaxy Watch 7 smart watch will be planned during this time. Thus, the Korean corporation will complement its line with new wearable gadgets for health and sports.
The specifications of the smart ring, which was announced in January, have not been revealed. However, industry analyst Avi Greengart said that the Galaxy Ring is extremely lightweight, comes in multiple sizes, and features health, wellness, and sleep tracking.
Earlier it turned out that Samsung will disable Google’s voice assistant on all its TVs. The company did not specify for what reasons the TVs will be deprived of one of the functions.
