Hi-Tech Mail.ru: iPhone 15 fell in price on the Russian market by 30 percent
The launch smartphone of the iPhone 15 series has noticeably fallen in price in Russia. This was reported by Hi-Tech Mail.ru.
According to the portal’s journalists, at the start of sales, the iPhone 15 with a 128 gigabyte drive was estimated at 125-170 thousand rubles. By the beginning of November, the model had fallen in price to 86 thousand rubles – by about 30 percent.
“The smartphone was presented just a couple of months ago, but the cost of the device on the Russian market has already dropped significantly,” the authors of the publication commented on the event.
The basic iPhone 15 received a 6.1-inch OLED display with a Dynamic Island, an A16 Bionic processor, and 6 gigabytes of RAM. The device has a dual camera with 48 and 12 megapixel lenses, as well as 2x optical zoom. The device is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 3349 milliamp-hours.
Apple also released the iPhone 15 Plus, which received an enlarged display to 6.7 inches. At the beginning of November, the smartphone was valued at 108 thousand rubles.
At the end of October, it became known that the price of the iPhone 15 Pro Max had decreased by 13 percent in Russia. The smartphone has dropped in price to 164-170 thousand rubles, while at the start of sales the device was estimated at 189-200 thousand rubles.
